I just wanted to send you an email with compliments on customer service. You can pride yourself on exceptional customer service UoNA's employees provide to its students. I have been working in the higher education industry and for some big name universities such as UDC, Georgetown University, etc. I have to say that I had pretty big expectations (I would call it: professional deformation), however, I can say with certainty that not only you met my expectations, but you exceeded them when it comes to the quality of customer service you provide.
